Registration
- You must create a customer account to participate, here’s the procedure:
- Select the “Log In / Create an Account” button
- Fill in the identification fields
- Select the “Submit” button
- You will receive a confirmation by email
- You can then log in with your username and password and participate in the auction of your choice.
Purchase
- 15% fee charged to the buyer in addition to the purchase price of the product (example: $100 + $15 (15% fee) = $115 = taxes
- Online transactions and payments only
- Payment methods are: Square, Visa, Mastercard and American Express
- Sales are final, no exchange or refund
Shopping pick-up
- ATTENTION: The buyer has 3 days from the date of purchase to pick up his merchandise.
- Pick-up address is: 2470 Boulevard des Récollets, Trois-Rivières, QC G8Z 3X7
- Opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- If transport is requested by the buyer, delivery charges will apply.
